Strongest Glue Or Tape I Hate 7 Words

hey! Thinking about getting one of these! Only problem is i board a lot. Snowboard surfboarding wakeboarding. Is there a waterproof, super strong glue or tape I could put on the day before or a couple days before a beach day or something like that? I really don’t want these things falling off.
I plan on getting lace.

The unit I ordered, French Lace base, will be attached with adhesive, only. They explained it was for better adhesion, and that tape is less durable and does not attach the ENTIRE system to the head.

I am sure that @Noah and @grincher can give more info, as they are both quite experienced.
