Idk maybe a 1? I’m gonna take a month off finas to see how I do. I already feel less sluggish which is good and erections are insanely hard haha

With temples like these you're hardly a NW1. There's some miniaturized hairs but i'd be surprised if you see any serious recession in the next few years

I have hair loss since 2002 and it like went up and down sometimes it's grown slightly back sometime it's recede ect

so should I keep off finas for now? I’m taking a break for a month to decide if I should stay on it, I was gaining lots of weight while on it.

In my own opinion, I don't think oral Finasteride is dangerous. The thing is it's probably much harder to get regrowth after
not treating it in a couple of years. You could always go to one milligram a day, if you want.

1mg is the prescribed dose that is too much in my opinion. I got weird water retention sides and held on to fat even with eating clean, even got mild gyno. I was only on .5mg 3x a week too. This drug is insanely potent.

i took finasteride 15 years ago for a few months with good results...... now in 2022 i started again 2 months on it... nothing much to be seen ... will i see resuts?

Not yet very little shedding, occasional itch
