Hi all!
First of all I want to apologize for my english coz i'm living in Ukraine and english is not my native language.
So now i'd like to describe my situation, tell my story.
I'm 23 years old guy and have a baldness of about 3-4 Norwood with significant thinning on crown. I haven't started any treatment yet but i'm going to do that.
My doctor adviced me such regimen:
spectral dnc-l twice a day with scalproller
finasteride 1mg daily
Nanoguard A shampoo
as for me I think that it is too strong treatment especially if take into account that in future i want to change my regimen to alternative products like spironolactone or products of nanogen or something else which do not have such side effects like finasteride or spectral dnc-l (which makes hair too dirty)..
How do you think is it possible to change my regimen after spectral+finasteride without significant hairloss?

As you have written that you have not started your treatment yet, then how do you know the Spectral-L will make your hair very dirty? I have been using it for more than 2 months twice a day now, I think it is acceptable, but as I have read the cleanest minoxidil should be either Nanominox or the minoxidil from Dr Lee, may be you can try one of them , they both dry faster and cleaner.

Sprio cream is more or less the same DNC-L, I use both of them, they are cream like.

I have taken finasteride for 2 years in the past but without any success but sides. Other people take it without any problem, also have either maintain /regrow some of the hair, so it will be hard to say for me, I guess it depends on individual.

Finally a good shampoo is helpful to maintain the health of the scalp, and may help to prevent some of the hairloss.
