Shaved head or longer hair? Thin hair.

Hello. I am 25 years old, and my hair is thin on top. I dont know what´s best, shaved head or save it even longer than I have now? The worst haircut is short hair style, that really shows my thin middle area. So this is better, but never tried shaved head.

I have no social problems. Easy to get friends and girls. Therefore I only need advice for what looks best, not because of problem with people.

It have been thin since I was 19. No balding at all in family.

You can keep it long but maybe use a concealer like dermatch if you are cool with it.

I think it looks fine long, if you're tall most people won't see that area to begin with. But if you wanted it to look better I'd consider a concealer. Though I notice your regime says nothing and I think you should consider finasteride since it looks like it could be a possible sign of diffuse thinning. But ultimately its your call.

Long looks fine. I know a guy with much more severe diffuse thinning, I mean there's no hiding it, he shaves the sides and leaves the top a few inches long, it actually really works quite well....

I think this sounds like a good idea. I may even try this myself!

Maybe if you do a brushed-back style, the thinner areas may be concealed even more:

You are lucky in that you are a generally good looking dude, and your hair looks pretty good now as it is.

Yeah this can work quite well if your hairline is somewhat intact (temples loss is ok). Guy I know has a similar style to this, but way more thin than Beckham, can literally see his scalp all over, but somehow shaving the sides offsets it. If you have thick sides and a thin top, it looks very obvious. But if you have no sides or buzzed sides and thin on top, then the top looks thicker by contrast. It can definitely look good up to a point. It won't hide your baldness and thinning, but it will make your thinning hair look more aesthetically appealing.
