But I am even more worried about my B12 rate which is very low. If you have any knowledge in there, it would be appreciated.

I imagine you left out a current anti-depressant you're on? Am I mistaken?
Or is your depression currently being untreated?

Wait a second here - you were on two antidepressants and an antipsychotic at the same time?

I have tangential experience in the medical field, what were you diagnosed with, Bipolar or a type of Neurosis?

    Ok, so just to recap:
You are not taking an anti-psychotic, nor an anti-depressant, both of which you took for years.

I imagine you were diagnosed with either depression or bipolar disorder, now neither of which are being treated.

Depression and bipolar can both effect sexual performance, especially depression when left un-treated.

    For depression look up Viibrid
    For bipolar look up Lithium

In my experience, these two do quite well.
