this stuff rocks!!!
for dermatitis that is.
ive been using head and shoulders but then dermatitis became real bad, after the first time i used selsun blue i had immediate relief, nizoral always made it worse and i also tried t-gel but the selsun blue selenium sulfide 1% totally rocks.
Ive even read studies the put all the "dandruff" shampoos on the market head to head and selsun won over all the rest. In the studies selsun increased sebum output which i liked because nizoral made my hair dry brittle and break easily, but selsun is a winner ive been using it for about 4 days now and my scalp doesnt itch at all, it went from severe itch to nothing in about two days.
Im also using fish oilm which seemed to really help my itch in the past also, but more recently started borage oil as well so that may be playing a part also.
