Whose using it...

Looks like a bit of a headache to use though ... you have to put it in for 1-2 hours and stay in a warm place with a shower cap on... Not cool and I don't have time for that everyday... maybe once a week though...

Anybody use the stuff.

I'm using it, and take 3 pills of it a day ;).

Not a hassle at all.

there is also a topical formula which i think is more effective for hair loss... there's two topical's one is saw palmetto ointment, the other is a saw palmetto butter... that's why i said it might be a pain in the ***...

you can read a little about the topical one here : http://www.bsog.org/saw-palmetto-for-hair-growth.htm

OK I just found some scoop on topical vs. oral saw palmetto... with oral, like BJ's, you just sit back and relax, with topical, depending on whether or not your girlfriends a stiff or not, you have to do all the work.

But here's some good info:

Taking saw palmetto in supplement form (as a capsule or tablet) has been shown to stimulate hair growth in some people. Dr. Razack supports using it, but he believes that topical application (directly on the scalp) is somewhat more effective. Saw palmetto and pygeum (both in the "extract" form) are widely prescribed in Europe to relieve benign prostatic hypertrophy (non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate). There is an excellent review of saw palmetto here: http://mendosa.com/sawpalm.htm/ Dr. Razack has included saw palmetto in his new formula, Natrecia http://www.raztec.com/natrecia.html
