Hi, i'm 17 this year. And i have significant thinning of hair at the front. I've attached some pictures, am i a norwood 1?

This is how it probably look like right now. I have no idea why it suddenly becomes so thin. It wasn't like that around 2 months back. It looked even more ridiculous when wet. It happened so fast that i'm puzzled as to why.
