Proscar prescription instead of propecia and costs?

I know this has been covered, but I'm still confused.

I have been on Propecia for about 3 months now....along with Kirkland minoxidil.

I'm paying 51.00/month for procecia each month at WalMart and I'm seeing that everyone is cutting the Proscar up for a lot cheaper. I can get Propecia at CostCo for 46.00/month.

My questions:

1. How much can I get proscar for an 1 month equivilant for?

2. How do I get a proscar prescription instead of propecia?

3. If I can get the proscar prescription, am I better off getting it at Wal-mart or mail order? Has anyone compared prices? If online where and how?

You can get 30 Proscar pills for about $50.

That equals 120-150 Propecia pills depending on how you split them.

so 4 or 5 months worth for $50 = 12-10 bucks a month.

I pay around $20 a month for proscar, but i get it without prescription. I imagine if you can get your Doctor to write you a presrip. you could get it even cheaper. If you can't get a prescrip. for it you will have to order it online, but you will still save a lot of money over propecia.
