Im following mr T´s example, but I would like all finasteride users to state the following:

How long have you been taking finasteride?

What are youre reactions to the drug?

Ive been taking finasteride for six months. Ive also been taking minoxidil from time to time but more rigourisly the latest month.

I havent seen any improvment, though I think im going through a shed because im losing a absurd amount of hair right now, freaking me out..

So tell me about your finasteride experience so far!

I've been on it for almost 5 months now.

I had some shedding the first 6-7 weeks, then the shedding stopped, I have had good results with it so far.

On Finasteride since 9/1/02. So....15.5 months.

No side effects. Solid thickening of the once thinning hair on my crown, significant hairline recovery.

I was a solid NW2V when I began - now I'm a 1.5, tops.

Ive been on Propecia 18 months, still losing my hair although the progress has slowed. The earlier you get on the stuff the better.

Good to hear that youre hairs regrowing Axon, I find it very strange Im losing so much hair, in one years time ive probably lost like 40 percent in density, seems like my hairloss is way too aggressive to be stopped, but I will continue at least a year, that is six months more..
Ã￾f there still is hairs to be saved by that time..

Counted hairs falling out when i rubbed my head today over the sink, and there where like 40 hairs after just a couple of rubs.. must be going through some kind of shed..

Yes. If I had started at 21 and not 23 I'd be a Norwood 1 with minimal to no crown thinning.

i'm new but i'll weigh in. 6 weeks on finasteride. oily skin and at least 5 zits at any given time. these are the bitchy kind - hard white head and serious scarring. never had any before. the juice is a little watery too.
