Please tell me that it's alright to lose a few hairs in the shower.

I haven't shed any hairs in a long time...

but I lost two terminal hairs in the shower this morning.

I'm losing my sanity, and I'm getting extreme anxiety from all this hairloss.

For sure, my decreased loss after starting my treatments went down to 15-20 hairs a day and I was stoked! To shed 2 hairs in the shower would be awesome, haha, just chill dude.
