Optimun Frequency For Wounding In A Week

do you think wounding 2 times a week with 1.5mm can be bad ? I mean, in the studies they have wounded one time a week, but is it the optimal frequency for gains ?

1.5mm best every 10 days so you allow skin to recover. (The whole point of it)

If you want to increase absorption for topicals daily then use 0.5mm on those days. If your like me and only have a 1.5mm roller just tap roller gently on thise days and dont break skin

Hi,

I would be on the conservative side with wounding, since studies show the factors are there up to 14 days.

Do you guys get a burning sensation if you break a sweat the next day after rolling? Whenever i roll at night and hit the gym in the morning and start sweating, i always get that same burning sensation that i get after i roll and pply minoxidil.. is this normal?
