I started taking finisteride (Propecia) and 15 days into 1mg tablet per day I can feel a small pebble like lump above my nipple. Not sure if it was there before and am very paranoid at this point.
Today I have seen a doctor who could not give me a straight answer on weather it is or isn't the start of gyno. So I am unsure what to do about taking further finisteride pills or not as I am desperate to stay on it as I know it's the best option to combat hair loss.
Has anyone on here had experience with gynocomastia and tell me what the early signs of gyno are?
Also , what is the best topical regiman to apply should I not continue use of finasteride? I'm going to start minoxidil but have heard that it alone is not going to to do a great deal.
