Nolvadex a possible IGF-1 inhibiter?

Heres a paragraph from an article on nolvadex (tamoxifen)

By rendering the liver less sensitive to growth hormone (probably by reducing the liver density of GH receptors), estrogens and tamoxifen diminish the production of IGF-1. This action of estrogens explains why women produce less IGF-1 than men even though they have a higher GH level".

and just to add, nolvadex should be very usefull in comabtting low libido issues many users and myself experience from finasteride
