So I know we are supposed to use Nizoral as part of the big 3. I have terrible scalp itch/burn/scaling etc...however, Nizoral has not helped relieve any of these symptoms which as many of you know can be very uncomfortable. I continued to use it despite the minimal relief I received from its use.
Recently however, the pain got so bad that I decided to try a Head & Shoulders extra strength and my head feels SO MUCH better. Not perfect, but definitely much much better than nizoral ever left my head feeling.
So my question is this. Is it more important to use nizoral but still have the dreaded male pattern baldness itch, or is it better to use a shampoo that is not Nizoral but makes your scalp feel healthy?
