need your help....what to add to my regimen

hello,
im 25 years old and im using finasteride + spironolactone + alpecin liquid and shampoo for 3 years now.
it slows the progress of getting bald but doesnt stop it....
i cant uses minoxidil as it causes me heart palpitations.
what else can i add that will help maintain my hair???
