I’ve been taking 7000 msm and 3000 vitamin C per day for a few months.

don’t notice any difference but just my experience.

4 months for me. I take 6-8g as early in day as possible all at once, if it's too late in day it affects my sleep. My SO has noticed improved texture, also appears to be small amount of addition growth near my front. I might be biased but I think it's slowly helping. I've been on finasteride and minoxidil for 4/8 years and results have diminished over that time and hairline began receding, this feels like at least some progress again.
