hi. i'm 25 had good sucess from finasteride for a year on the top of my head. been using dnc for around 6 months, just for the hairline(finasteride didn't effect it), not stricty 2x dailly i have to add. no major success, maybe a few new hairs here and there. the main question i have is spectra dnc the best form of minoxidil? this is so confusing, shouldn't all 5%minoxidil work the same? if anyone can confirm it does this would be great as dnc is costing me way too much. generally i pleased with my regime of proscar, nizoral, dnc, but i think i'm spending way too much on it compared to most on here. kinda taking over my life and most of my cash :(spending around£120 for 31/2 months of proscar, £25 monthly for dnc. really think i'm going to ditch the spectral buy a massive bulk order of cheap kirkland, retin a, what do you guys think. also have to find a cheaper source of prosar in the uk? i ideally want to get a big stock pile of the meds so i can just get on with my life and not worry about monthly costs or reordering every month etc.

any advise about minoxidil type would be appreciated. cheers

Not a fan of minoxidil myself, I got too many side effects from it. I have however used different types of minoxidil and found that xandrox 5% with azelaic acid was the most efffective for regrowth. Its not the cheapest however it costs 20 pounds. I have seen regain 5% on google going for 5 or 6 pound.
