Looking for surgeon in Midwest

I live here in Indianapolis, IN and the 2 big promoters are
1. Advanced Medical Institute "clientele include prominent celebrities in Hollywood!"
2. Hair Restoration Specialists, Inc formerly Robert Thomas Medical Associates "Indiana's only Medical Group Exclusively Devoted to Hair Restoration Excellence"
Anyone familiar with the above 2? How about a recommendation to someone in the Midwest? I'm ideally looking for someone that is good and reasonably priced. I'll probably need 2 or 3 separate surgeries and not interested in dropping $20-30K. There has to be a surgeon somewhere that is good and reasonably priced (+/-$10k). Any help is greatly appreciated.

Good talented, competent, ethical hair transplant surgeons in the Midwest? Also look into Drs. Ron Shapiro and Paul Rose in MPLS, MN. There's also Wolf in Ohio.
