So taking proscar finally caught up with me in terms of libido. Orderd some L-arginine and got it today. Just wanted to make sure I've got the right stuff and how I should eat it.

I'm thinking about taking two pills (1000mg) in the morning on an empty stomache, and two pills before going to bed. Is that the right dosage? Doesn't say anything about that on the sticker.
