Keto Shampoo

The Keto Shampoo is to be only taken once every 3 days as we know. During the time between washings is it ok to use another shampoo? What do you think, could that disrupt anything? Better to just stick to Keto all the time?

Yes, use a different shampoo in between. Also if your hair is dry after nizoral, use a conditioner. I have to otherwise it goes really frizzy.
