Is This Celebrity Balding? (noah Centineo)

This guys name is Noah Centineo, I am sure at least the majority of the people have heard about him. The other day I was watching a video of him and noticed that it looks like he has a receding hairline. maybe I am wrong but just wanted peoples opinion
Btw he’s 22 years old

Receding may manifest itself as balding or you'll recede up to NW3 and stay there for life. Recession can manifest in different ways.

Fact is, his hair is not thinning but he is receding. The quality of his hair is amazing still. So in the end, if I were him I'd keep an eye on it and see how it develops. My two cents, definitely going bald given that he is younger than 30.
