I've been taking finasteride for 5 years. While things would be a lot worse without treatment, I doubt that I've regained so much as a single hair.
Two months ago I added dutasteride. Although it's too early to judge, I can't help but feel that this will make little difference either.
That leaves minoxidil. But I fear that I've left it far too late. Having first noticed hair loss 5 years ago, is it likely to make any difference this late the game?
Any advice is much appreciated.
