Would the effects of finasteride be strong enough to counter the increase in hair loss steroids would cause?

I would think that getting blood tests prior to using the steroids showing free test and DHT, then again after taking it and finasteride together for comparison would show.

Many bodybuilders run finasteride while running cycles so I assume it helps
