I Wonder If Loss Of Multiple Follicular Units Is Reversible.

My hair loss halted since adding dutasteride to my regimen. But there is something wrong. I lost a lot of density and almost ALL my follicular units are single haired now. I'm starting to think it's irreversible. Or maybe since there is still contact between the APM muscle and the terminal hair there is a possibility for stem cells to migrate to the hair bulb and produce hair grafts of 2-3 hairs again??? On the other hand if fibrosis takes place where muscle was once... It's seems unlikely to recover from that.

As I understand, once the APM loses it's attachment to the miniaturized follicle hair loss is irreversible.
But I wonder what happens with multifollicular grafts that shrinked to single hair grafts....

Does anybody noticed an increase in follicle number in each graft since taking finasteride, duta, swisstemples prostaglandin protocol, etc.???

I apologize for my english writting skills. Hope It's understandable.
