Ummm... Hi everyone. I just want to introduce myself. I'm Pele and am 26. I've noticed my hair has been thinning for a while now. I've only just visited a Trichologist for the first time the other day, but I'm told he's really good so I'm hoping to see some resullts in the next five or six months.
Hmmm... I'm kinda not sure what to write in here, I'm not used to talking about this I suppose, but I think this site is great. It's nice to read other peoples stories, I'm the only woman I know who has thinning hair, I guess its just more acceptible for guys to have thinning hair, or perhaps more common.
Anyway, my Trichologist has given me Mineral tablets, Aldactone, Iron tabs and told me to change my contraceptive from Yasmin to Diane-35. I also am not allowed to have sugar 'cos he says that can effect things.
Anyway, I'm rambling. This is me. I cant wait to read your stories and to get some hair replacement wisdom from you all.
