dear friends
i am using minoxidil 5% (mintop forte,rootz m5)for last 14-15 months contiously my hair now shedding from sides i mean temples for last last 1 month ,my hair is recedeing from left side please suggest me some idea
also i hav seen some tiny,nonpigmented ,hair on the temples but it is not growing , also my doctor told to use any one minoxidil or finpecia. i had recently started using both, u suggest me which is better for growing back my hair on temples

use BOTH, minoxidil and finpecia. if one treatment doesnt work add a second. dont stop anything. the most effective regemine will be a combination of treatments.

to minoxidil and finpecia, an addition of nizoral shampoo three times a week would make sense.

for an additional boost at the hairline some recommend spironolactone cream (worth a try) for topical androgen blockade. others try a higher dose of minoxidil (12.5 or 15%) available thru dr. lee.
