Help My Regimen isn't working considering something differen

So I have been on propecia for 7 months proxiphen and nano 7 months, nizoral for seven, and rogain for 4. I am going to stick it out a while longer on this but I want to start looking into some other things when I know for sure this isn't working for me.

I am considering oral spironolactone, I know there are risks with using this, how might I find what the implications are and the suggested doses.

Also a little about me I have thick hair but my hairline is receding to an almost norwood two and i can see more thinning right a long the hairline, i really want my hairline back.
