My hairloss isn't terrible.. yet. No bald patch at crown and maybe just a little higher hairline (4-10mm). But since my hairline was very high even as a kid it looks kinda silly anyway. I'm on proscar (since may this year) and I've just started applying a little recapeen to the hairline.

But its my understanding that if the hair in the hairline is gone, its often gone forever. True or false?

I'm kinda into this with an "all or nothing"-approach. If I dont get to keep most of it I'll take it down to 1mm eventho I dont have a well shaped head :)

True or False?? The answer is maybe. The hairline and tempal areas are notriously difficult to obtain regrowth. This doesnt mean its impossible, there are stories of people getting good results with a combo of minoxidil and finasteride.

Never a lost cause. People get results there all the time. Even if you don't regrow, you can at least hope to halt the hairline. Propecia is effective. Also minoxidil. Throw the kitchen sink at it, since that is the general approach to holding your hairline.
