Hair loss diagnosis

Can anyone recommend a place in the UK to have hair loss diagnosed, I am thinking of starting on finasteride or minoxidil (or both) but would like my type of hair loss accurately diagnosed beforehand.

For information, I did start a thread yesterday untitled 'advice needed' which has some images of my hair, I mentioned in that thread that the back and sides were ok but now i'm not too sure.

I'd go see your GP and ask him to refer you to a hair specialist
