Hair line shedding?

So, I'm 3 weeks on Finasteride and I can swear that I lost hair on my temples (more on the left temple than on the right). Is it possible for the Finasteride shedding to happen mainly on the hairline? It should grow back and thicker than it was, right? When?

thats exactly whats happening to me, although im not on finasteride but was on sp and beta sis for 3 months and noticed excessive shedding, but have stopped now.
