Gynecomastia or Pseudogynecomastia?

When people refer to "Gyno" as a Side from finasteride do they mean:
Gynecomastia - actual growth of glandular tissue

Pseudogynecomastia - fat deposition without glandular proliferation

I think its either. You get pseudogyno and if you neglect it it might develop into gyno.
