Trump probably got him on finasteride the day he turned 18. He has unlimited money for transplants, he will be a full head for life just like his dad.

True, he does have many privileges for coming from money.

That said, Trump had too many hair transplants, and his hair just looks bad. There is hair "weaved" into the few remaining follicles he has
left, but it just looks bad, because his follicle density is just too immature.

At this point, a wig would be a better option for him.
