First began to notice early signs of hairloss in october/november of 04'. I waited a few more months just to see if it was just seasonal shedding, but it only got worse. I was losing tons of hairs in the shower (40-50) and countless others when i combed my hair. After roughly three months on propecia (started in april 05) and Nizoral (1%) 3-4 times a week, my hair loss has completely stopped. No more hairs in the shower or on the brush. I'm glad I caught it early. I'm 21 by the way so going through these last few months have been hell with everything else going on. For all the other young guys out there, don't hesitate or wait to see a dermatologist, make an appointment asap and start with the treatments. I wasn't optomistic when I first started them, but what a difference 3 months have made. good luck to everyone.
