yeah I was pretty f*****g happy successful with a world of options to be honest the loss of hair wasn’t as bad as having a problem I could not solve that comes with such uncertainties and compromises. Finasteride is no joke and the people that get fucked by it are really fucked. So yeah this has been a disaster and much worse recently but the whole time not having a regimen that worked without harming my health has been the real issue. I’ve never been this thin, this fast. Temples has disappeared in the last month.

You are right finasteride is no joke but it's also no cure. You act like it is supposed to stop your hair loss in it's tracks. Some guys can actually develop a mature hairline later in life. You are that person. Me too. You just won't accept the fact that our body goes thru some big changes when you hit the big 40. I told you before I watched a full head hit 40 at a NW1 and by the time he hit 50 he was a diffuse NW3V. Many young posters will tell you their dad was a full head at 40 and hit a diffuse NW4 or more in their 60's. I doubt it will happen to you but it could if you stop your hair loss meds. Just be happy you fall into the category: you have above average hair for your age. Will be very interesting to see what happens to @Northface32 in his 40's and 50's. He will probably have hair like John Stamos.

Of you look at John Stamos pictures in 2020 or 2021, even has actually lost some hair now. Still in the 99th percentile at this point but even he was not completely immune.

By the way, I consider John Stamos among some of the greatest of all time, like Elvis or Brad Pitt.

The first picture is ca. 1990. The 2nd is from the ca. 2010. The last is a picture from this year. Obviously you can look him up and compare him over the years. Not going to post 100 Stamos pictures haha. He ever so slowly lost some of his temple hair. Still insanely great hair and better than 99% of.....really all men for any age but it did change just a tiny bit.

We all age, in some way. Some in more ways than others. Some lose hair, or at least more hair than others. Some get wrinkles or spots. Some go grey more than others. Some lose physical abilities, etc. We can not escape all of it and we'll most likely be hit in multiple ways. I am only 27 and fight it too. I hate to see any spot on my face. I take care of my skin and have for a number years. I wear sunscreen for the last number of years, but guess what? I still got a couple of dark spots. Probably came from when I was a kid, and there is nothing I can do about that. Another thing. I have a lot of silver/white hair for 27. I am by far the most grey among my peers. I'm way more silver/white than you. I'm sure there is some others out there that are more grey at my age but I mean of the people I see. [I am actually 100% cool with going white. I actually like that]. Thankfully people often still think I'm 5 to 10 years younger than I am. So far I've never had anybody guess I'm older than I am. Hopefully at 50 I look 40, and that trend continues, if I live that long. I went to see an R rated movie when I was 26 and got my ID checked, TWICE. Sure it feels pretty good to look young, but eventually that will fade. It has to. And even if I do look 40 at 50, I won't look 20 anymore. I still aged.

I can basically sum up this entire thread and the other thread you started with this:

"And you run, and you run,
to catch up with the sun
But it's sinking.
Racing around to come up behind you again.
The sun is the same in a relative way
But you're older. Shorter of breath.
And one day closer to death"

I've wasted all my youth so far. I have a long life story. Part of it was out of my control, growung up and such. Parts were hard desicions I had to make at 18, 19. Then my dad died when I was 20. I wish every day I had a time machine just to go back 5 years, and be 22 again. I wish I could just make my mind work and be the guy I want(ed) to be but yet, I still waste more time. It's my fault. I'm an idiot.

Dude, you don't have hairloss at this time. You're on John Stamos level, perhaps even above his current status. This is all about you fighting the idea of aging. It's tough. But we're all doing it. It is quite sad, for all of us, I suppose. Life is short and is full of trouble. I think a book says that somewhere.

This is very true about the usage of finasteride.... But if you ask all victims of hairloss what they wish they could do different, and a majority will tell you they wish they had started treatments sooner. Prevention is key, especially if your genetics aren't great. It's easier to maintain hair, then it is to regrow it. @mid 30s, I thought it was a good idea to atleast be proactive, in 10-15 years I atleast hope we have new methods for hairloss. Gl to everyone trying to make the best of their situation.

This is very different. Temples and over all thinning. Clumps coming out. I’m restarting oral minoxidil.

I know I need to add to my regime to increase density. I can feel the drop off in the crown and it’s making styling impossible.

Any ideas on what to layer on the topical Finasteride? I had a huge drop off when I stopped oral minoxidil in May hoping resuming can help a recovery. I also used some low dose HCG after I got Finasteride sides.

Considering RU or CB. I have a winlevi Rx but can’t source yet.

any input on peptides? Or nutrition stacks? help me reboot a stack I can maintain for 12 months.

I know I’m lucky just trying to slow things down. I even have HGH thinning it would help but even that’s a mixed bag.

3 priorities

keep fertility
No ED or loss of EQ
Save my hair

will pay anything to make this happen, where and how. seems like celebrities make it happen. Even goat Tom Brady recovered with crazy density at my age.

Please take a look above on sides and behind ear. Shouldn’t that hair be safe? It’s thin AF.

Your hair is dark, your scalp is light. Plus every photo I see of your hair, its either wet or has some kind of product in it - clumping together. All of these factors ( throw lighting and camera exposure in ) are making you believe your hair is thinning. In places where hair changes direction you will often see scalp, its normal. Even at the sides - when my hair is long, the sides look thin, but short, super thick.

Your hair is excellent, for any age.

Post a pic of your hair washed and dry and I bet it looks very dense.
