so i was on this other website about health and this poster on there says he starts taking this stuff for skin benefits and notices ...

I added this to my diet for about two months. Here is what I noticed:

1). My hair grew very quickly and grew in very thick. Even the lady who cuts my hair noticed that something was 'different'.
    2) My fingernails grew very strong.
3). I didn't notice anything specifically different with my skin so I discontinued using it.

anyway has anyone tried using this stuff?

Its good for you because it contains silica. I knew a health nut who was religious about this stuff, he was slick bald. Not clinically significant.
