Foam: End of can still usable?

Hi all,

I've been using Rogaine foam for the last few months and the cans have typically lasted around 2 months each before the foam pretty much stops 'foaming'. These cans do still have a good amount of milky liquid left but it just won't thicken up. Is this still strong and worth using or does the end of foaming mean a key ingredient is gone?

you can keep using it..as long as there is liquid it is still minoxidil

yup use it,cant do any harm and im sure its still effective
