Anyone who's taking Flax seed should look into getting it bulk on ebay.
I paid $23 for 5lbs of natural, stone ground, flax - lignans and all - which are supposed to help prevent cancer. It tastes good too.
I've noticed Flax helps keep my skin really nice and smooth. I'm sure its oils help the scalp.
