finasteride - Spots

Is there anything i can do to minmise spots when on finasteride. Ive tried every face wash and antibiotic nothing seems to work

salicyclic acid seems to work well. In face washes or topical.

Benzoyl Peroxide is good too.

Clearasil make Ultra daily Face Wash is supposed to be pretty good. Plus they also have a product of facial wipes out under the same name which contain both Salicylic Acid and Benzoyl Peroxide. I have heard good things about it.

I know the problem well mate. I use a body scrub from Zirch and oil control moisturers most days. It seems to help but Im still looking for a solution. If I have the choive between hair and acne and baldness I will chose hair and acne!
