Finasteride = less dht = more testosterone and testosterone converting to estrogen.

Okay, I love finasteride, I most specially love how it blocks DHT production leaving more free testosterone floating in our bodies (I love testosterone too and all it's benefits) but I've recently read that the free testosterone resulted by finasteride actually converts to estrogen. Erastidol to be more specific, via aromatization. Is there any way to avoid this?

I've been reading a lot of remedies from aromatase inhibitors such as grape seed extracts, arimidex, nolvadex and probably more than a dozen more options, but which is the consensus here? I'd like to keep taking finasteride and not have an over abundance of estrogen in my body. Any tips? and dosage suggestions too please.

take this dosage of arimidex forever just like finasteride? or have breaks? or stop at a certain point?

I'm 23 and I'm planning to lift this month, would love to have a healthy amount of testosterone and normal to low amounts of estrogen.

I just realized that arimidex is really damn expensive. any cheaper route than this 10$ a tab Anti-Estrogen?

Arimidex will prevent the conversion tesosterone to estrogen, and aid in blocking estrogen from binding to local receptors such as the pectoral area on men.

Understand that the higher your body fat the more estrogen receptors locally.







This is the only way those who experience estrogen related sides will be able to successfully take finasteride while inhibiting estrogen related sides.

I can provide online sources for those interested. Around 50-60$USD a bottle that will last around 4 months if taken E3D (PM ME)

This looks like bro talk to me. Take finasteride, stay healthy and lift to increase T and reduce E, don't over think this ish, and don't try to counteract one drug with another drug.

Taking a drug and trying to fix sides with another drug is a fools game. Why would anyone do that? If your that concerned stop taking the finasteride

OK and what about the whole fact that YOU'RE LOSING HAIR.. Some people still want to keep it.. i only want to use an anti e if its temporary while i lose weight and maybe ween off it slowly while on finasteride...

No at all... you would def feel other side ffects if it were to even effect your muscles eventually..

Personally, I've had great success taking 50mg of zinc every time I dose my finasteride. My gyno decreased a lot, the dry eye went away, and my libido is at normal levels. It sounds like some fantasy land stuff but I'm serious and honest. My body reacts very well to it while on finasteride. On top of that, I'm re-growing like crazy. I'm no troll, I wouldn't tell you anything like this for some sadistic trolling. The only problem is, I'm a teen and my max zinc intake should be 35-40 mg. On top of that, there hasn't been many studies on the long-term effects of the zinc intake I'm doing. Short-term, like weeks, it's okay, and that's only if you're over 18.

The other problem is, zinc depletes copper, which keeps hair healthy. If you have a copper deficiency, you'll shed. No doubt. And I shed all of yesterday on one of my temples. Just the right side. I must have loss around a dozen hairs. But it's still much better than when I first got on the finasteride. So I'm taking 4-6 mg of copper with the 50 mg of zinc now. I'll see how it goes. Copper can be estrogenic according ot some people but I haven't seen any study confirming it. If the copper can regulate possible sheds, and long-term zinc doesn't hurt me(which I doubt it will), It'll be perfect.

EDIT: I just look at a study talking about risk of high zinc intake, but it's talking about taking 80mg and even 570 mg. Definitely not the range I'm talking about.

BTW, my gyno was sort of mild. It was there but it was only two weeks in. And it was mainly on the left side. It's gone down. The pain and the tenderness of the nipples and breast. Everything.

I would just like to ask, since I've been reading your posts and you seem to detail your rationale, which is nice. But my question is, how long do I have to take adex to inhibit aromatization? How long do I have to take this .25mg E3d? For as long as I'm using my finasteride? (a.k.a forever?) Not that I mind, just curious.
