Is Propecia designed for just the back or top of your hair for growth? Or can it help with growth on your hairline and temples?

Propecia is good at MAINTAINING the hair you have, everywhere on the scalp. It doesn't help very much at regrowing, in absence of minoxidil.
Regrowth in the hairline is very hard to achieve!
