Hi I'm new , I'm 46 and had really long pretty hair , but I suffer great hairloss , any stress illness or just feeling down will set it off , I'm wanting a real hair wig. But not sure what will be more comfortable , can anyone help , I live in the Wiltshire area / England and did not know if there were anyone to talk to as no one understands the distress it causes me !
