Facing hair loss from a long time

Hello to all..

And i am facing the hair fall from last 3 years.. not tried any kind of hair transplant surgery or anything else....May this cause of my bad habits of smoking and drinking.
but i've tried to quit them.. but not fully succeeded ...

It's not because of drinking/smoking. It's because of DHT. You want to stop hairloss, get on a DHT inhibitor or anti androgen/androgen blocker. Finasteride, dutasteride and to a much lesser extent S5 topical spironolactone or saw palmetto.
