Well, can'tsay that I've noticed a ton or regrowth or anything, but then, I caught my hair loss early. I'm 29 now, and I noticed I was losing my hair about 14 months ago, and got on propecia right away.
The noticeable success was the incredible slowing of hair loss- I went from finding around 50 hairs just on my pillow (who knows how many more in the shower) in the morning, to seeing only 5 or so. And the cool thing is it happened right around the time the propecia pamphlet said it would- around the middle of the 4th month. And it literally happened within a week. I remember seeing 50 hairs on Monday, and by the middle of the following week, seeing only 5 hairs.
Now I still want a cure, but my hair is holding strong. I also began using the third of "the big 3" last December- 5% minoxidil. I think it has helped to make my hairs thicker all around.
