Does it help to use hair conditioner?

does it help using hair conditioner to make your stronger and thicker?....and im just talking about ordinary hair conditioner the ones you can pick up at shoppers drug mart.

I don't know about stronger and thicker, but coditioners definitely make your hair more managable especially when brushing. I don't know about you but when I brush my hairs get caught up and I end up yanking a few out sometimes. Using a conditioner solves this problem.
