Could heat contact from my laptop damage my finasteride?

Okay, this may indeed be the dumbest thing I have ever inquired about on a forum, as it pertains to hair loss and hair loss treatments. However, I figured I may as well ask because I'm a very paranoid person.

The other night I left my laptop on as I was torrenting something, and I went to bed without giving it much thought, but apparently I had left my bottle of Finasteride sitting against the side of my laptop, as it was plugged in and charging. When I woke up the next day I found the bottle was very hot to the touch, and a good number of the pills inside were very hot as well.

Because I know that finasteride has to be kept at room temperature (or it's at least recommended) I was wondering if this could in any way have caused damage to the pills? This may be a very obvious yes or no answer, but I guess I'd rather ask than worry about it... heh.

Thanks.

If I were you I'd ask my local pharmacy or chemist or whatever they are called in your neck of the woods, any answers on here would be guesses.

True, Benjamin. But my phone is actually without service atm. :p Plus I was just hoping that maybe someone on here would happen to know... just a shot in the dark. *shrug*
