Comb back. Only style after transplant?

I noticed that every guy on pics who had their transplant combs their hair back, is it the only style you can have after transplant?

using this hairstyle will often hide the most of your thinning.

I have never combedback until the last two months when myhair has gotten rediculously thin.

I think its probably just to show the hairline off in the photos.

if anything, combing it back will show how bad your hairloss is. my hair combed forward, no one can tell i'm losing my hair. if i combed it back, it would be beyond noticible
