Colace - Crazy As It Sounds, I Think It Reversed My Hair Loss

Hi guys,

I’m a 40 year old guy.
I never really had plans to post here, but in searching the web, I came across this forum.
I had been losing more hair, in a difuse pattern, for several years.
It was a steady, gradual loss. In the last few years, it had gotten especially noticeable. For example, the woman who cuts my hair (she has cut it for several years) even made comments about how it was getting thin, but at least I didn’t lose it all when I was in my 20s.
In September, embarrassingly enough, I had a procedure for hemorrhoids.
As part of the post-procedure, I started using Colace as a stool softener.
I have been two 100mg Colace pills twice a day since September.
Something very unexpected happened. At first I thought maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me. But over time it became very clear. My hair was returning. The increase in density is night and day.
It has gotten to the point where, the density has increased so much, that I currently barely have any visible signs of the diffuse balding anymore.
I know this probably seems crazy.
I have done nothing else since September that might have caused these impacts. I truly believe it must be the Colace.
I have searched the web and I couldn’t find anything regarding this.
Thanks for reading. I’m not trying to create hype or false hope on here, but I’d like to hear if anyone has heard or read anything regarding Colace and hair impacts.

Ah ah ... when people are desperate you can make them take laxative drugs ... just say it can grow hair. No proof needed of course.

Think hard about what other things you may have been using. You start using Nizoral shampoo maybe? Perhaps your hairloss related to GI issues and the Colace helped that? It seems really unlikely that, If you have Androgenetic Alopecia, an apperient would help you regrow hair.

Honestly I don't get these types of jokes.
Colace?
If there are people in the world who deserve baldness, it is exactly who think baldness is funny. If it is funny, just be bald.
You are a (s)tool
