Check out my regimen

Just wanted to know what y'all think. I've been getting a little thinner lately (read: freaking out) and I want to make sure I'm covering all the angles here.

-Finpecia 1mg 1x/day
-minoxidil (Equate brand) 2x/day, morning and evening
-Folligen Spray 1x/day, usually 1-2 hours after the minoxidil has dried in the evening
-Nizoral every 2-3 days, followed by Pantene Pro-V conditioner Full n' Thick, (2-in-1 variety on non-Nizoral days)
-Green Tea usually 1x day
-Saw Palmetto 160mg 2x/day (just added this for good luck)
-Zinc 30mg 1x/day
-B-complex/Vitamin C every 2 days or so

SO....

A couple of things I'm thinking about:

-topical DHT inhibibitor? Revivogen? Is it worth it? Will it really make sense to be applying all this different stuff to my scalp?

-Add some kind of anti-androgen?

ALSO...

-I've been experimenting with Dermatch to make me look a little thicker on the crown. Long story short: I'm not too happy with it because it makes my hair look chalky/dirty. Plus, I'm worried about applying minoxidil at night with the derm still on; if I wash the derm off I'll be shampooing my hair twice a day and I just think that's going to overdry my hair and scalp. Other concealers seem like a pain in the ***, but I haven't tried anything else yet.

-The more frustrated I get with this stuff, the more dutasteride seems like an option (I'm gonna give my current regimen some more time)

-Other option: shave or buzz. I'm kind of a skinny dude, 5'8'', so I might look like a cancer patient, or just generally freaky. I've got thinning all over my crown, heading towards a Norwood 7. Things do not look good.

Comments, suggestions?

Well it's been more than 5 years on Propecia so you're just going to go downhill in that respect...either up your dose of finasteride or switch to dutasteride, in my opinion.

By the way, since switchng to dutasteride I've been a lot less stupid. Then again I am looking better, hair wise and otherwise, so I am obsessing less on my appearance. But I still think I have less brain fog.

I think that Follically Challenged has a point about trying to increase DHT inhibition. Dutasteride is one route - a big decision in my opinion. I can't comment on upping the dose of finasteride, maybe a more knowledgeable poster could help in that regard.

You could also consider *other* less proven topical DHT inhibitors like spironolactone, Crinagen, Revivogen, topical finasteride or topical dutasteride.

If you have money to spend you may also consider swapping spectral DNC for minoxidil - it has minoxidil too, as well as some other ingredients that may help.

I use three topicals - no big deal spread out through the day. Good luck.

I tried revivogen, blew 350 bucks, and got no results. I think it is a scam. I am going to try apple poly soon. I just ordered some today. I'm hoping it works.
