This isn't scare mongering or based on non facts. It's there in black and white in Nizorals own information leaflet that comes with the bottle. It's not referring to shedding either it says "hair loss". Yeah it says less then 1 in 100 people get this which may not sound like much but it's bad enough for a product that people take to help with hair loss. What do people think may be the cause of this? Is it people using the shampoo wrong or perhaps the sulphates or something else? Has anyone suffered from this?
Uncommon side-effects (less than 1 in 100 people) which may occur include:
■ Application site reactions including itching, irritation, blistering, red, dry or tender skin or a skin burning
sensation
■ Inflamed hair follicles, hair loss or changes in hair texture
■ Increased tear production
■ Skin rash and dry skin
Rare side-effects (less than 1 in 1000 people) which may occur include:
■ A change in the way some things taste
■ Eye irritation
■ Acne
■ Skin infl ammation (dermatitis)
■ Flaking skin
■ Application site reactions including blistering and over-sensitivity (allergic) reactions
■ General allergic reaction (over-sensitivity)
